Recommended ages: 4+
Stop-motion animation can be used to teach a variety of elementary concepts: Students can visually express ideas through digital storytelling - learn about history through reenactment - visualize science processes and life cycles - learn about, visualize, and explain maths.

DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
Recommended ages: 8 -12
This is a educational kit that gives space to the story autism, where small gestures mean a lot.
The short film "Les chaussures de Louis" focuses on an eight-year-old autistic boy named Louis during his first day in a new school. Faced with the obligation to present himself in front of his comrades, Louis takes care to share the perception of the world far from being singular, his element of reference revolves around his blue shoes.
The creators of the film they relied on the testimonies and experiences of autistic people to be closer to reality.

Learning purpose: Students will learn about the expressive emotional and narrative value of sound/music, learn to critically analyze the characters and narrative in the film. Will get to know through art about Αfrica's cultural heritage and the different expressive means of the film.

MEDIA LITERACY DOCUMENTARY
Recommended ages: 12-16 16+
This lesson will explore documentary conventions and representations of realism in moving image products. This will allow students to learn the necessary visual language needed to tell a story within this form, but will also enable them to understand the selection process involved in telling a story, even if it is based on real events or people.

How do journalists get all their information to write news and feature stories?
The lesson is a natural follow-up lesson, that invites students to consider how the information collected from an interview can inform either a feature story, or a short documentary focused on the person interviewed.

​The material is primarily intended for students in secondary and upper secondary school, this Fake ≠ fact educational material revolves around source criticism – the process of evaluating an information source – and propaganda, a technique that you need source criticism skills to decode.
